The Croghan Landing neighborhood in West Ashley is between Savannah Highway and the Intracostal Waterway approximately 3.5 miles south of the intersection with of I-526.  The Croghan Landing neighborhood is accessed by Croghan Landing Drive from Savannah Highway.  The Croghan Landing is bounded on the north by Savannah Highway and on the south by the Intracostal Waterway.  Croghan Landing is an upscale, newer subdivision.  The Croghan Landing neighborhood has approximately 73 homes.  The majority of the homes are typical Lowcountry architecture.  Most of the homes are situated on mid size lots with some mature Live Oak trees.  Some of the homes have private docks. 

The majority of the homes were built from 1999 to the mid-2000’s.  There are approximately 73 homes in the Croghan Landing neighborhood today.  The home values range from $450,000 to $600,000 with a few more expensive homes on the Intracostal Waterway with private docks.  During the past six months 1 home has come on the market at $800,00 and 5 homes have sold or are under contract during the same period ranging from $300,000 to $659,000.
