The Isle De Nemours neighborhood in West Ashley is a quiet neighborhood that is located on the north side of Wappoo Road from its intersection with Capri Drive to its intersection with Nemours Drive and next to the Intracoastal Waterway   Isle De Nemours neighborhood is nestled between the Capri Isles neighborhood Edgewater Park neighborhood.  The Isle De Nemours neighborhood in West Ashley has approximately 38 homes and is a traditional Downtown Charleston neighborhood with nice homes. Homes are traditional brick homes with sprawling yards and breathtaking Live Oaks.

Home construction in Isle De Nemours began in the late1930’s with the majority of the homes being built by the early 1960’s.  There are approximately 38 homes in the Isle De Nemours neighborhood today.  De Nemours is such a nice neighborhood to live in that homes rarely come on the market.  The home values range from $250,000 to nearly $950,000 and their size ranges from 1,000 – 3,000 square feet.  During the past six months 3 homes have came on the market ranging from $299,000 to $937,00 and no homes have sold during the same period.

Isle De Nemours is convenient for a quick boat ride to the Charleston Harbor or a short drive to Downtown Charleston, and access to I-526.  The various waterways surrounding The Capri Isles allow residents the opportunity to fish, boat, and watch spectacular sunsets and sunrises from their yards.
