4. Do you want to be a customer or a client? To be a client you must sign a buyer’s representative contract.
5. How soon do you need to purchase a home?
6. Do you know where you want to live?
7. What is your price range?
8. Will this be a cash sale, or will you be getting financing?
9. You need to get prequalified / preapproved for financing prior to looking at homes. Do you need a recommendation for a lender?
10. Do you want me to set up a search for you that will send you properties meeting your search criteria?
11. How many bedrooms?
12. How many bathrooms?
13. How many square feet?
14. What are your parking requirements?
15. Any other important home features?
16. Location?
17. After you get qualified for financing, when will you ready to start looking?
